
K-Swiss was founded in 1966 when two Swiss brothers, Art and Ernie Brunner, moved to California to create a footwear brand focused on tennis. As avid skiers and tennis players, the brothers took inspiration from leather ski boots to create a court shoe that supported the aggressive side-to-side movements of tennis. The result was the K-Swiss Classic, the first all-leather tennis shoe manufactured in Los Angeles, California. We offer 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand, our orders may experience delays. Standard shipping is FREE for members with no minimum purchase required. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on our website, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your order is delivered to you.
